For Entrepreneurs
I am frequently asked for referrals on various items. This pages is my collection of shortcuts and tips in response to these many inquiries. I look for the best deals and the best solutions. It's about what's best for the entrepreneur.

Service Providers (Utah)If you use any of these services providers, please email me and tell me the good, bad, and ugly of your experiences.
LegalI don't like attorneys any better than most. However, it is very important that a startup company be formed and its initial action taken with the guidance of an attorney. Minimizing the costs is great entrepreneurship; avoiding attorneys is folly.
Financial ProjectionsI have only met one entrepreneur who could ever do his own financial projections to the necessary level of competence. It's very difficult to do these correctly, and it's also not the best use of the founders' time. Hire it out for the best rate possible.
Jeff Jensen will create an integrated financial projections workbook. Email: jjensen (at) CFOutsource (dot) net
Bookkeeping, Accounting, and TaxI need more experience with all of the following providers to form an opinion as strong as I have in the legal arena, but so far so good with these providers. As always, check everything out for yourself.
